On a new site, a basic design and layout is submitted for your review and acceptance.  We then create and link the remaining pages, adding content.

We offer itemized or hourly pricing.  We accept a deposit to begin work, with the balance of payment due on completion. 

Design prices are a one-time charge, with no monthly fees.  We bill annually for domain names and hosting. 

All websites require hosting. If you do not already have a web hosting account, please consider hosting with us.

We always quote a price for service before work is begun.

Payment Terms & Miscellaneous

  • Payment is due on completion of service or invoice date, unless otherwise stated on invoice. 
  • Terms for most clients are "net 30"; payment should be received within 30 days of invoice.
  • We invoice by email, but will mail a paper invoice on request. 
  • Payment for renewal of hosting accounts and domains must be received before the due date, to insure continuous service, and avoid reinstatement and late fees.
  • We are a family friendly company.  We do not design or host "adult" content.  We also reserve the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, any account that publishes or links to material we determine to be offensive.
  • Our Privacy Policy is simple: We don't share your personal information with anyone for any reason.
  • Liability: Hands On Web will not be held liable for damages, including loss of data or profit, related to use of, or inability to use, a website or the materials on a website.
